Marketing & Business Development Manager

• Male or Female
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Age between 30 until 45 years old
• Experience in the same position minimum 3 years
• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
• Research and build relationships with new clients.
• Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Participate in pricing the solution/service.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
• Strong with Marketing strategy
• To be placed at Head Office (Jakarta)
