LOAN ADMIN OFFICER
Job Description

1. Processing loan applications and documentation from customers;
2. Follow up on application & documentation as part of credit assessment;
3. Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information;
4. Complete loan agreements and counsel clients on covenants and restrictions;
5. Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services
6. Maintain and monitoring account from application to repayment;
7. Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans;
8. Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process;
9. Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

1. Proven working experience as a loan officer
2. Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software
3. Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
6. Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
7. BS degree in finance, economics or a related field
