Job Description:

1. New Product Development
2. Development and implementation of new resin material and biodegradable material
3. Injection Blow Molding, Injection Mold and Mold development
4. Silk Screen Printing and Pad Printing Improvement
5. Mainline and Assembly Process Improvement with Automation Approach
6. Standardize Process, Material and do Value Engineering
7. Cost Reduction

Requirements:

1. Expertise in 3D Design (Solid Works, Autocad, Catia, etc) (Certified will be advantage)
2. Having knowledge & expertise in Kaizen, Six-Sigma, ISO & others improvement method
3. Excellent in English both of oral & written, (Japanese will be advantage)
4. Able to plan, well-organized, self strong management and well-adjusted
5. Detail oriented, able to perform and deliver tasks on time
6. Willing to work beyond office hours, hard working and good team working
7. Placement in Cikande - Serang

Employment Status: 3 months Probation, followed by Permanent employment
