PPIC & Warehouse Production

PT Nusantara Terang Abadi is a manufacturer and distributor of LED lamps. Currently we are looking for potential candidates to fill the PPIC & Warehouse Production position.

Responsibilities

1. Manage warehouse & production staff
2. Build, manage and improve warehouse policies (inbound, outbound, picking, packing, return, and fulfillment process)
3. Lead best warehouse practice to the team (e.g: improving safety, increasing work efficiency, reducing mistake and fraud, etc)
4. Manage physical condition of the warehouse through planning warehouse layout, monitor equipment, enforce cleanliness and safety.
5. Monitor inventory levels through inventory audit (stock opname) to identify shrinkage and increase availability.
6. Must be able to make Master Planning Schedule (MPS) for all department and monitoring for all process result
7. Project Plan Management control, TPICS (Data Entry and Data Analyst) control, Stock Taking Data Analyst (Analyze Countermeasure and Follow Up Problem)
8. Control Production Plan (Sales Plan Monthly, Man Power Load Plan and Machine Load Plan Calculation, Actual Sales and Production Monthly)
9. Parts Order & Inventory Control, Stock Taking Data Preparation & Analyst, Service Part Planning & Control

Qualifications

1. Male, Age max 30 years old
2. Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management or a combination of education and work experience from a similar role
3. Min. 3 years experiences PPIC and Warehouse min level SPV
4. Strong Leadership, Communication Skill & Computer skill
5. Familiar with Project for New Models and system Accurate
6. Preferably have experience in electronics/LED assembly plant
