1. Receptionist
  • At least 2 Year(s) experience as a receptionist or in a related field .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to speak English actively
  • Good looking with attractive personality
  • Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
2. Personal Assistant to Director
  • Previous experience as Executive Assistant to CEO/ Director, minimum of 2 years.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills and good analytical thinking is a must.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.
