Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma; relevant educational background is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and disciplined
- Capable of managing purchasing data, including Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, pricing, quantities, and goods received
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Able to verify and reconcile data across POs, invoices, and received goods
- Basic understanding of data analysis and COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) calculation
- Experience in Finance, Purchasing, Accounting, or Costing is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
