Recruitment Consultant for IT Specialization (Jakarta Office)

JOB SUMMARY :

• Head hunting/executive search
• Interviewing prospective candidates and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• Providing general career advice and guidance
• Identifying, educating candidates, and briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing candidates for client interview
• Developing long-term and trusted relationships with clients by attaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the organization, its culture and resourcing requirements
• Managing the recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview, performance feedback, offering negotiation

EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :

• Male/female
• Age below 27 years old
• Education: Bachelor Degree in any Major (IT/Computer Science major preferable)
• Language: English Communicative Level
• Experience: 1 year as Career Consultant/Recruiter in IT Industry
• Having well knowledge in IT Specializations and Positions
• Willing to work as a consultant or interest in human resource field
• Able to join ASAP
